Beef Fillet
- Fork tender beef fillet topped with black mushrooms, on a bed of creamy potato mash and served with seasonal vegetables and madera jus
Chicken Roulade
- Parmesan crumbed Chicken Roulade served on creamy potato mash with seasonal vegetables and cream chive sauce
Vegetarian
- A Mediterranean one-pot casserole with fresh vegetables, chickpeas and a touch of curry, finished off with sweet apricots and parsley garnish
