Lamb Shank

  • Slow cooked lamb shank placed on a bed of creamy potato mash, drizzled with rosemary jus, with seasonal vegetables

Beef Fillet

  • Fork tender beef fillet topped with black mushrooms, on a bed of creamy potato mash and served with seasonal vegetables and madera jus

Chicken Roulade

  • Parmesan crumbed Chicken Roulade served on creamy potato mash with seasonal vegetables and cream chive sauce

Vegetarian

  • A Mediterranean one-pot casserole with fresh vegetables, chickpeas and a touch of curry, finished off with sweet apricots and parsley garnish

  • Chicken nuggets & chips
